How much does Holiday Rentals Hub cost?
|

Holiday Rentals Hub charges 50 euros per year for your first property listing, (£35 - $US 70), any additionl properties or renewals then cost 40 euros per year per property (£28 - $US 55). Currently we have a launch offer, new members properties will be given 3 MONTHS FREE LISTING if the property is paid within 21 days of it being added. Members are not committed to anything, if not paid within this period the property will simply no longer be listed.

Does it work?

If you have a property for rent and you want to earn from the property then you need to advertise it, income doesn't come in magically without advertising, the more people that can discover your property the better. Placing your rental properties on Holiday Rentals Hub will certainly help people find your property, it's then up to your property to sell it'self, so this then depends on what you write about it, the prices you are looking for and so the appeal it has to others.
The more people that can find your property then the more chance there is to get clients and so the more chance you have of making more money, placing your property on Holiday Rentals Hub will put it into a position where millions can find it on the web, there are other companies similar to ours and these sites can be found the same way, the people that run those sites cannot make people click their advertising over ours, just as we cannot make people click ours over theirs. Because of this we actually recommend placing your property on more than one service, this way you increase your chances of earning power.
The best way to get returns is to advertise, sorry but there is no better way. Why are there only a few countries listed?
|
|
|
We list only a few countries in the country search menu to keep this menu as short as possible and so easier to use. Don't worry if your property country is not listed, it will be as soon as you add a property for that country along with a minimum of 2 images. Any country that has a property with a minimum of 2 images uploaded will be listed in the country search menu. Any country listed in the country search menu that has any properties with images listed will also show the number of properties for that country in brackets beside the country name. For example: 'England (10)' will mean that there are 10 properties listed for England while 'England' will mean there are no properties listed for England yet.

What do I need to use Holiday Rentals Hub?
|

|
All you need is to have an internet browser 'Such as: Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari, Firefox or similer' and an internet connection. To access your member account you will need to have cookies enabled in your browser.

How will my property be found?
|
|
|
A rental property listed in our database will be available in searches 'that the property fits into' the moment it is added, it will also be returned in searches after the 21 day period if paid for within that time. If a property was in La Cala then it will be returned in any search to list rental properties in La Cala or Mijas Costa.

Can I add photos of the property?
|
|
|
Yes, you can have up to 10 photos per property, in fact properties must have a minimum of 2 photos before they will be listed in a search. Although we insist on a minimum of 2 photos, we do recommend you add as many images as you can up to the maximum allowed. The more images for the property the better promoted and presented the property will be, this will get your property more interest than it would with less images. Uploading images for your property is really simple, don't worry if this is something you would prefer us to do then that's not a problem, when you have added your property you will be presented with a link for you to e-mail the images to us if so preferred.

Can I tell how often my property has been searched?
|
|
|
Yes, every property listed in your member area will have it's statistics listed, the number of times searched, the times the property was viewed and the number of times you have been contacted regarding the property. Copies of enquiry e-mails sent to you for each of your properties, will be stored for 6 months by default.

Do I have to set the price in euros?
|
|
|
No not at all, your property can be listed in Euros, GB pounds or US Dollars. The price you set will be the main price shown, although we will supply a current approximate conversion for that day for the other two currencies, this way users from other countries have a general guide to the price in those currencies.

Is the Holiday Rentals Hub in other languages?
|
|
|
No, although having the site available in other languages might help users from some countries, we feel that as the majority of people entering rental properties and those searching for them will either be of an English speaking nationality or understand a reasonable amount of English. If the site was available in more than one language then there would be properties listed in other languages, posted property information would be in mixed languages and everything would probably start to become confusing.

Why is my property is not available in a search?
|
|
|
Any property added to our database will not be returned in a search until it has at least 2 images uploaded. If you have uploaded 2 or more images for your property and it is still not available then [ Contact Us ] along with your name and the reference number for the property.
