Rental pricing
Make sure the property is not over priced for the area and time of the year. People also tend to price their properties on the number the property sleeps, the property sleeps 6 so x per head times 6 = xx, but you have probably now just lost any interest from most 2 to 4 people bookings. There where some differences though, this owners property was 1.2 Klms on the main coast road out of town and so most people would need a car, no shops where near by so again, a car was needed for the shopping. What is available locally within walking distance of your property is important and can reflect on the price, it is not just important that the property looks nice to get what can be classed as a good rental price.
